Christmas Orders & Delivery

Orders requiring POSTAL delivery in time for Christmas must be placed no later than Monday 9th November 2020. Please note that any order placed AFTER this date can not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas due to Peak-Postal delays and the delays we are seeing due to the Covid-19 impact on sorting and packing facilities. 

Local collection/delivery orders will remain open until Saturday 5th December 2020 - This applies for orders placed in the ECHUCA-MOAMA township and direct surrounds. 

We will continue to receive and make orders placed throughout the month of November and early December and have them posted in a timely manner - but hold no responsibility for orders placed AFTER our 9th November cutoff date, should they not arrive in time for Christmas.

Covid-19 and Us

The Novel Coronavirus and how it is changing the way we run BeeStitchin Handmade.

Part of my ongoing efforts at BeeStitchin Handmade is ensuring appropriate cleaning and hygiene practices are followed. Regular washing of hands and cleaning surfaces, along with limiting the people allowed in my workspace to only myself.

My family is practicing self-isolation (where possible), with the exception of essential outings for work (myself and my husband), food shopping and medical. Please be reassured that after being out in public (or any risk area), I do not re-enter my workspace until I have taken all appropriate measures to ensure that myself and my clothing pose no risk to my workspace or anything I am working on.

Production Time

With the unfortunate (and hopefully temporary) reduction in my daytime work hours away from the home (due to the roll-on effects of this horrible virus), I suddenly have more time to sew. I will be working hard to increase productivity and reduce the time taken to complete custom orders.

Postage Times

While domestic delivery services remain operational (Australia Post being an ‘essential service’), parcels will continue to be sent. However, please understand that there may be delays in the delivery of parcels. Australia Post is keeping the nation up to date regarding the impact of covid-19 on their services. Please refer to the Australia Post website for information.

A final note from Bonnie

In these times of uncertainty, none of us really knows what the long-term effects and consequences of covid-19 will have on our lives, our families, our economy and the world), it is ever so important to take a moment to breathe.

Things are hard and may become harder before they improve. BUT remember, this is only temporary and wont last forever. We will bounce back to normal, however long that may take. And our new “normal” will likely look much different to what we have ever known before, but WE WILL BOUNCE BACK none the less.

This is only temporary. We are strong. We are united.

This too shall pass.

Handmade Orders

All items at BeeStitchin' Handmade 'made to order' unless specifically stated that an item is pre-made. This is clearly marked in the Description of all items.

Current turnaround time on most items is around 2 weeks - this could be less or more. This time may be change during peak times such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s/Father’s Day etc. If you are needing your order fast-tracked to be received by a certain date, please let me know when ordering.

Due to the handmade nature of our bears, we do not recommend for children under 36 months - supervision is advised due to small parts that may be present. Please regularly check item for signs of wear and tear.


Care instructions

Gentle spot cleaning with damp cloth (gentle detergent if required) is recommended or hand washing if required. Do not machine wash. Do not ring out or tumble dry. Dry flat in shade.




All items are posted using Australia Post. A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders.

Most Australia Post parcels will arrive within 2 to 5 days, however I can not guarantee set times.

If you require express post, please let me know before paying.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are not provided for change of mind.

If there is something you are not happy with please make contact within 30 days of receiving the product to discuss any issues and how we may resolve them.

If the item is returned and found to be *faulty, a refund or replacement will be offered.

*Please note, faults are determined as a fault in the original stitching at the time of making. Refunds and replacements will not be provided for damage caused by use/playing with the item.
